Summary of movie Dziura W Ziemi (1970)

 A young, imeptuous geologist is convinced he will find needed oil in a hole he is drilling. But as the time goes by tehre is an interference from the home office and he runs into issues with bureaucrats. He realizes that he is just doing his work and that othres do not share his zeal.
He meets an oledr man, more resigned, who helps him in an unofficial drilling which strikes oil.
