Summary of movie Dziura W Ziemi (1970)

A young, impetuous geologist is convinced he will find needed oil in a hole he is drilling. But as the time goes by there is an interference from the home office and he runs into troubles with bureaucrats.
He realizes that he is just doing his work and that others do not share his zeal.
He meets an odler man, more resigned, who helps him in an unofficial drilling which strikes oil.
